Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of SafePod Backup subscriptions and add-ons. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below, alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Instant delivery of access

SafePod Backup is a digital service. Upon successful payment, your account is immediately activated and the features of your chosen plan become available to you. You acknowledge that the service is delivered instantly at the moment of payment.

2. No refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to request a refund, except where a refund is mandatory under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Where the law of your country gives consumers a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, that right may be lost as soon as performance has begun with your prior consent. By purchasing, you give that consent and acknowledge that performance begins immediately.

3. Cancellation of future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals from being charged. You will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a partial refund of the current billing period.

4. Failed payments and downgrades

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, the service may be suspended or downgraded. You can resume the service by updating your payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a properly delivered subscription may result in immediate suspension of your account, recovery of the disputed amount, and any associated bank or processor fees. We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue.

6. Errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us within 30 days at admin@safepodbackup.com with the details so we can investigate.

7. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and may be prorated against the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Custom plans

Custom plans negotiated with our sales team are governed by the terms of the corresponding order form, which may include specific cancellation and notice provisions.
