This Service Delivery Policy explains how SafePod Backup delivers access to its services after a purchase, what to do if you experience an issue at delivery, and how we communicate during the lifecycle of your subscription.

1. Nature of the service

SafePod Backup is a fully digital, cloud-based backup service. There is no physical product to ship. Access is provided through a web account associated with the email address you use at checkout.

2. Delivery method

  • Your account is provisioned automatically once payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
  • Access is granted in the form of an active subscription tied to your email address.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt and a link to sign in.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is instant. In typical conditions, your account is active within seconds of successful payment. In rare cases, payment processor delays may add a short waiting period (usually under 15 minutes).

4. Where to access the service

The service is accessed through our website at safepodbackup.com. There is no separate desktop installer required to begin using SafePod Backup. Optional backup agents for specific source types may be downloaded from inside the product.

5. If your access doesn't arrive

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of payment:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for an email from admin@safepodbackup.com.
  • Try signing in directly using the email address you used at checkout.
  • Contact admin@safepodbackup.com with your order ID for prompt assistance.

6. Geographic availability

SafePod Backup is generally available worldwide except where local law restricts the provision of cloud services. We may decline orders from sanctioned jurisdictions in accordance with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

7. Service updates

The service is continuously improved. Updates are delivered automatically without action on your part. Material changes are communicated in-product or by email.

8. Maintenance and downtime

Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimize impact and announced in advance where possible. Unplanned interruptions are addressed as quickly as possible. See our status page for ongoing service availability.
